At the height of the Covid pandemic in October 2020, we adopted a senior Newfie mix named Cody from LCHS. He was described as weighing 100 pounds and the ripe old age of 10 years. His history was sketchy but we learned we were his 3rd family and he was a reactive escape artist. It was an interesting first week but as time went on Cody turned out to be the most entertaining, lovable goofball we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Our veterinarian said his age was closer to six or seven and we had almost 6 years of laughter and pure joy with our dear boy. He has left a hole in our hearts but we know he had a good run while he lived with us. Thanks for all the sweet memories Cody.
