Silo the cat was born in Helena, Montana, sometime in the fall of 2012. He soon graduated from the Lewis & Clark Humane Society and made his way to his forever home with the Gilmans — Leah, Chloe and Julian. He remained there until his untimely passing in February 2025. Silo was as agreeable as he was silly. Wherever he found himself was fine with him. He got his name from a young Julian. He always removed table scraps from the bowl before snarfing them down, and he learned how to sit on command. He was the glue that held the family together, and we miss him so.
