Winston

“In loving memory of Winston, My Beautiful cherished Maine Coon “Soul Kitty”, who brought joy into my life for 15 years, passed away peacefully on October 25th 2024 in the comfort of his home around his family. His soft fur, playful spirit, and endless curiosity will be deeply missed. He was a loyal friend, always there to greet me with a purr, a cuddle and his adorable meows. May he rest in eternal sunbeams.” Winston Came into my life when he was just 8 weeks old. A rambunctious adorable little ball of fur with two big beautiful beaming green eyes. At the time I was a college student away from home for the very first time anxious and scared to be in unfamiliar territory. A friend suggested getting a pet to help with the ease of the big life changes. So the very next day I found him. Winston and I instantly became the best of friends. His infectious playful and yet some times ornery “catitude” made my life feel whole. Winston and I grew up together he got me though some of the bigger moments of my life…college, a move to a new city to start my new career, marriage, divorce and even a new relationship. He loved his naps outside on the patio furniture during the summers, laying in front of the fireplace in his cat bed during the winters… his favorite Christmas pillow, his miniature furry toy mice and his strawberry yogurt that he got as a treat that we shared. Winston was my very first pet and saying goodbye to him was incredibly hard. To say I miss him everyday is an understatement. He was one in a million and nobody can replace him. I hold him close to my heart now. And look forward to one day being able to see him again. Rest in peace my beautiful boy – daddy loves you❤️
